Initial Consultation - £FREE
If you are not sure whether counselling is for you, or if you would like to meet me to check if I am the right counsellor for you, you can book a free half hour initial consultation before making up your mind and booking your first counselling session.

Individual Counselling - £35.00 - £45.00 per hour
My standard fee is £45.00 per hour. You may ask for a concessional rate starting at £35.00 on a sliding scale that fits your financial circumstances. We can agree your fee in the first session.

Couples / Family Counselling - £45.00 - £55.00 per hour
My standard fee is £55.00 per hour. You may ask for a concessional rate starting at £45.00 on a sliding scale that fits your financial circumstances. We can agree your fee in the first session.

Counselling Supervision - £45.00 for Students / £55.00 for Counsellors

Employee Counselling - £60.00 - £300
My Standard Fee is £60.00 if the member of staff comes to my own venue. If I am needed to attend their place of work, my half day rate including travel is £300 inside Cumbria.
